Our Programs
Mental Health Support
At the VetStrong Project, we know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one truly understands what you’ve been through. That’s why our programs are built by veterans, for veterans—so you get support from people who get it.
We offer mental health counseling and are actively working to launch peer support groups that reflect the unique experiences of veterans. You don’t need to go through the VA to get help. No referrals. No long waitlists. Just real support when you need it.
Whether you’re dealing with PTSD, veteran trauma, anxiety, military sexual trauma, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here. You’re not alone. VetStrong is here to walk with you—every step of the way.
Physical Fitness programs
Building physical strength can also build emotional resilience. That’s why we offer free gym memberships, personal training, and training programs designed specifically for veterans. Whether you’re new to the gym or getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you are—physically and mentally.
Our programs aren’t just about fitness—they’re about structure, support, and community. For veterans facing stress, anxiety, PTSD, or trauma, movement can be a powerful tool for healing.
From one-on-one coaching to group programs like Operation FitStart and Powerlifting for Veterans, VetStrong is a place to get stronger, inside and out. You don’t have to do it alone—we’re here to lift with you.
Educational Resources
We help veterans find the tools they need to feel stronger—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Veterans get free access to educational materials and simple, practical resources on mental health, trauma recovery, physical wellness, and coping strategies that actually work.
Every veteran’s journey is different. That’s why we research and share trusted community resources to support you—whether you’re adjusting to civilian life, managing PTSD or anxiety, or working on building healthy habits.
The information we provide includes tips on stress management, creating routines, and finding connection with others who understand. Everything is created and reviewed by veterans and professionals who get it.
